Standout Properties is a future-ready and sustainable real estate development  company with a vision to distinguish itself in the housing industry.  

SPL was incorporated in 2010 as a limited liability company. Its core business  activities span across housing development, project management, asset  management & general contracts, and is committed to maintaining standard  professionalism, quality, value, services and technical excellence in carrying out its  work. For the past decade, SPL has been consistent in its objective of contributing  its quota to the growth and development of Nigeria’s economy, improving the lives  of individuals and corporate entities, through investment in real estate and housing development in general. 

Having completed major projects within and outside Lagos, Nigeria, it remains  committed to meeting customers’ needs. SPL target market consists of average to  high-net worth individuals and entities. Also, as a developer with a good reputation  in the housing industry, it remains committed to delivering remarkable services with integrity and professionalism.

SPL is a fast-growing real estate company driven to be at the frontier of housing  development in Nigeria and beyond, which has gradually grown into a household  name as an accommodation solution expert.

Irrespective of aggressive industry  competition in a State like Lagos which continues to experience housing deficit due  to its large population which is expected to double by 2050, this would make Lagos  the 3rd largest city in the world but with less infrastructure than any other large  cities in the world (as reported by World Population Review); a problem SPL is  poised and determined to help resolve in the near future through collaboration  with stakeholders in the real estate industry.  

In a bid to tackle the above problem, SPL has raised the bar by not only providing  luxury housing, but making property acquisition quite affordable through  competitive payment plan structured for middle class and low-income earners to  own residential properties independently or through collaboration vide direct purchase or through our home co-ownership scheme. High net worth individuals’  interests are also considered for choice locations.

What We Do in SPL?

Professional Management

SPL manages the entire project life-cycle through established processes, seamless integration of service providers, proven methodologies and preservation of fully scrutinized and documented solutions such as facility planning and project & cost management. We review operations and recommend and/or introduce systems to improve efficiency whilst reducing costs. This includes facility assessments, building system analysis, value engineering, quality assurance and more.

Asset Management

We implement asset management strategies for clients and residents, develop value-added real estate solutions for assets and create strategies to maximize the value of property holdings. We analyze, rationalize, demonstrate and communicate solutions and policies in response to clients’ needs, and ensure that proper due diligence is done whilst investigating and verifying information pertaining to such assets/properties.

Real Estate Development

Our areas of specialty include building, architecture, construction, housing development, civil engineering, and property management. We do pre-development, construction, post-development, renovation and management of properties.

General Contracts

We undertake all kinds of construction ranging from property development to road constructions, equipment supplies and services necessary for construction of project

Being a registered builder, I have worked in the real estate industry for over two decades and I have seen how the industry has evolved. The real estate industry is one of the most dynamic in the world and the need to be innovative is predominant.

Interestingly, by witnessing key activities that remodeled the way the real estate industry works, I am certain that SPL’s projections of becoming a pacesetter in the housing industry in Nigeria, Africa, and globally are not overstated.

Having observed a rapid increase in rural-urban migration in Nigeria, particularly in Lagos State and the world in recent times, SPL’s vision is driven towards providing affordable but exquisite homes to provide comfort as we endeavoor to curb the housing deficit in Nigeria and beyond.

In a short period of time we have progressed from not only developing one but six residential estates with MIJL Residences & Villas being the first completed with 145 housing units. Our other Estates include:

  • Bloom Haven Residences located at Chisco Ikate by Elegushi Beach, Lekki, Lagos State with 83 housing Units.
  • Bloom Towers, Oniru, Victoria Island has 236 Housing units, and office/commercial office spaces measuring approximately 10,300 sqm.
  • Bloom Residences by Friends’ Colony Osapa London, Lekki, has 153  housing units. 
  • Cynergy Gardens, Igando-oloja, Ibeju-Lekki has 191 housing units.
  • Bryan’s Court, by Osubi-Warri, Delta State has 180 housing units.

Model & Strategy

We operate an opportunistic market, driven by high  demand for accommodation in choice locations. We acquire  properties/lands through sale or joint venture (JV), and develop them into  residential and fully serviced housing units with an inclusion of office and  commercial spaces for sale.

Sector

We cater to those interested in owning, investing, or living in fully serviced residential estates. We also develop commercial real estate such as hotels, offices, and lounges.

Projects’ Delivery Timelines

Individual projects span across two (2) – five (5)  years respectively due to their size.

Contract/Partnership

Delivery of quality housing is largely dependent on the kind of contracts or partnerships we enter into with stakeholders.

Geography

We currently develop in Nigeria, West Africa with a vision to develop across borders.
