People talk a lot when it comes to milestones and even go ahead to celebrate, whether it’s marriage, anniversaries, job, promotion etc. In all of these, growth and next level is what people set and celebrate as milestones.
Growth is actually seen as mile stone and can come in different areas. At Standout Properties Limited (SPL) we have achieved different milestones in the real estate industry. A feet only a few have dared.
It all started with a dream and like pregnancy due for birth, Standout Properties Limited was birthed in the year 2010. We started collaborations and became instrumental in the development of several projects.
Moving forward is what led to her first milestone project MIJL, which houses over 145 families in a range of apartments from 1bed room to 4 bed room maisonette. Started in the year 2020 and was completed in the year 2023.
This didn’t stop, as simultaneous projects sprang up.
- Bryan’s Court Warri with over 180 units of flats started in the year 2022, to be completed in 2026.
- Bloom Haven Residences at Chisco, Elegushi, VI, Lagos, with 85 units of apartments. Stated in the year 2023 and completed in 2025.
- Bloom Residences at Osapa London, Lagos, with 153 units of flats. Started in the 2024 and completed by 2026.
- Cynergy Gardens at Ibeju Lekki, with 191 units of apartments. Started in the year 2023, to be completed in the year 2026.
What would make you call yourself a master? To us mastery goes with effortlessness and flawlessness. That is what SPL did with their projects that sprang up simultaneously across different parts of the Nigeria
We agree with Pope Benedict XVI, when he says “…..You were made for greatness.”
