Sir (Bldr.) Blessing O. Obomovo's wealth of experience spans through 20 years in the building/construction industry combined with his track record of effective leadership which vests in him the ability to provide guidance and direction for building construction, projects' development and property management. He is a registered Builder, a versatile real estate development expert with experience traversing two-decades. He possesses building skills and expertise whilst establishing positive and productive working relationships with clients, investors and employees. As a Building Construction Professional, he is energetic and well-endowed with excellent practical and managerial skills. Additionally, he is an adept negotiator and relatively possesses creative and public relations skills which sets him on a distinct pedestal in the housing development sector.
He holds a Master's degree in Housing Development & Management from the University of Ibadan (U.I), a Higher National Diploma in Building Technology from the Institute of Management and Technology (I.M.T), Enugu, he is a CORBON (Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria) registered Builder, and corporate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (MNIOB). He has successfully led several start-up projects having spent years whilst rendering professional services at "Eleganza Constructions Division" as Site Engineer, and Stabilini Visinoni Ltd. also as Site Engineer. He eventually left Stablini Visinoni as a Site Manager in 2010.
After his transition, he proceeded to start his own Construction & Civil Engineering firm called "Standout Properties Limited" now a subsidiary of STANDOUT STOCICCO GROUP RC: 1984789, where he currently serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO). His vision and in-depth knowledge of building
construction and property development has led to many successful projects in diverse states and locations in Nigeria.
He was knighted in the order of Saint Christopher by the Bishop of Oleh Diocese, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) - the Rt. (Revd.) John O. Aruakpor for bearing the light of the Gospel in Christianity, social, economic, political, selfless and humanitarian services in the society as well as a support base to achieve the common goal of spreading the Gospel of Christ. He is happily married with three lovely children.

experience in property acquisition, development and construction, as well as the management

She was Legal Consultant at Freeze and Trav Global Ltd. Also, she served as an Executive Director (E.D) & Secretary at Living Wealth Empowerment Initiative (NGO). Engr. Oghene Obaro is a strategic and skillful civil engineer. He bagged a civil engineering degree (B. Eng.) from the esteemed Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria. He is certified by the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria
(COREN), and has received several trainings and certifications relating to building production, project management, amongst others.
He has an impressive past work experience which spans over fifteen (15) years in various aspects of civil engineering and construction projects which has made him to successfully
execute projects in the construction of Buildings, Water-front Structures, foundation, piling, and project management.
His past work experience cut across several companies such as Church Gate Group in the construction of Abuja World Trade Center, Willands Engineering on Maitama Secondary School construction, Dewayles International on Water-Front and Jetty Construction projects at Warri, Delta state, and 4matrix Nigeria Enterprise.

Properties Limited as Projects’ Co-ordinator where he exercises oversight supervision of projects, contractors and subcontractors, contract estimation, site planning and other incidental responsibilities to ensure that the company's primary goals are achieved. Kalu U. Ndubuisi is seasoned Accounting professional whose past work experience spans through decades. He obtained his Higher National Diploma (H. N. D) in Accountancy from the reputable Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu. He started his career at United Bank for Africa (UBA) as Teller and FT Officer and proceeded to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Management, and Masters of Business Administration and Management (MBA) in Financial Management both from Ladoke Akintola University (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso respectively.
He proceeded to “Moving Forward” having served meritoriously at United Bank of Africa, Wharf road, Apapa Lagos State and subsequently to other organisations such as the Eternal Service Station where he worked as Station Accountant, VFS Global Services as Executive Officer amongst others.
Mr. Kalu Ndubuisi currently heads the Accounts department at Standout Properties Limited where his primary role is to drive business growth and strategies through remarkable and efficient financial processes. He is happily married.
