Home co-ownership is an investment scheme of Standout Properties Limited strictly for individuals looking to invest in Real Estate through property acquisition at the off-plan stage. Investors can either have their partners or be paired with a partner by the company. The maximum number of partners for any property type shall not exceed three (3). The products (Estate) available:
Two(2)-Four(4) Persons Partner to buy any apartment type and get a return on investment over a period of One (1)- Two(2) years.
Percentage interest ranges from 20% – 35%.
Investors can either have their own partners or be paired with partners on the company’s waitlist. The payment plan is restricted to One (1) – Six (6) Months with Initial Deposit being 50%.

Cost of acquiring the property has been split in half (Convenience)
Percentage interest for Return on Investment After a year (20%) after two years (35%)
The option to buy to keep (acquisition). However, this is void of any ROI from the company.
