In his professional capacity, Mr. Godspower has been actively involved in overseeing materials procurement, vendor engagement, and operational workflows, contributing to cost efficiency, accountability, and improved execution across projects. His hands-on understanding of project operations provides valuable context for board-level decision-making, particularly in areas relating to operational risk, resource management, and internal controls.
He is currently completing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, complementing his industry experience with formal training in organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management. This combination positions him to contribute meaningfully to discussions on people strategy, corporate governance, and sustainable organizational growth.
