Chinedu Ekeh (B.Sc., M.Sc., PMP, MBA)
A visionary strategist and accomplished consultant, Mr. Chinedu Ekeh brings a powerful blend of technology leadership, project management excellence, and governance insight to the Board of Standout Properties Limited.
An alumnus with advanced degrees in science and business, Mr. Ekeh holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in relevant technical disciplines, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His career reflects a consistent commitment to innovation, efficiency, data-driven and decision making in both public and private sectors.
He is the Director of BOM Consulting Ltd, where he advises organizations on strategic digital transformation and operational optimization. Previously, Mr. Ekeh served as Head of ICT at the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) and successfully led high-impact national projects, including the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) rollout and the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue Automation. He also served as a Consultant to the NFIU on the National Addressing System, a critical infrastructure initiative with direct relevance to land administration, property identification, and urban planning.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Ekeh is deeply engaged in community governance. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Canaan Estate Home Owners Association and is a Member of the Jabi Apartments Home Owners Association, bringing grassroots insight into residential property management, stakeholder collaboration, and sustainable estate development.
His strategic mindset, technical acumen, and hands-on experience in digital infrastructure, and public sector project delivery makes him a vital contributor to Standout Properties Limited’s mission of building smarter, more connected, and future-ready real estate assets.
