He is a certified project manager with Prince II project management, a Certified Disaster Manager and Security professional, certified Manager of Quality and Organisation Excellence, certified Safety Professional, Quantity Surveyor. He is a CORBON (Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria) registered Builder, and Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (MNIOB).

Bldr. Blessing Oyegwa obtained a Master’s degree in Housing Development and Management from the prestigious University of Ibadan, acquired another Master’s degree in Program Management at the Metropolitan School of Business & Management, UK., a certificate on Principles of Project Management from Polytechnic West, Australia, Certificate in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at the Macquire Graduate School of Management, Australia, a Certificate from Cyber Security and Information Assurance at the Distant Education for Africa (DEAfrica), Nairobi Kenya, Certificate from Human Rights, Global and Local Protections, University of Padova, Italy, and HND in Building Technology at the Lagos State Polytechnic, Graduate Proficiency Certificate in Disaster Management and Safety (GPC) and several other trainings and certifications to his credit.

He is a cost expert, a financial consultant and presently an Executive Director and Project Quantity Surveyor at Standout Properties Limited. Bldr. Blessing Oyegwa is happily married with children.
