Kayode Ademokoya

A seasoned architect and housing development specialist with over 25 years of active practice, Kayode Ademokoya brings deep technical insight and project execution excellence to the Board of Standout Properties Limited.

A graduate of Architecture from Yaba College of Technology and holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture and an MSc in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan, Kayode is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), United Kingdom.

His career spans key roles across Nigeria’s built environment from Project Architect at Savannah Bank (NYSC placement) and Premises Architect at Wema Bank PLC, to Design Team Lead at Darchiwork Group Consultants. Since 2011, he has served as Managing Director of Grupp Building Mart and CEO of Crux Project Ltd, where he oversees end-to-end delivery of residential and commercial developments in Lagos and beyond.

Kayode’s blend of designs, innovation, housing policy understanding, and on ground construction leadership ensures that Standout Properties Limited’s projects are not only aesthetically compelling but also functional, sustainable, and market-responsive.
