Gordons Omo Egbedi
With nearly four decades of distinguished experience in Nigeria’s real estate sector, Mr. Gordons Omo Egbedi brings unmatched expertise, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to excellence to the Board of Standout Properties Limited.
A graduate of Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, Mr. Egbedi began his career with the Lands Department of the Lagos State Government during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year. He subsequently honed his practice at leading real estate firms including Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. and Odudu & Co., where he gained extensive experience across property management, real estate sales and leasing, feasibility and viability appraisals, land acquisition and compensation, facility management, and asset valuation.
In April 1991, he founded Omo Egbedi & Co. (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) in Lagos, a firm that has since become a trusted name in professional real estate services. He is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV), and also registered with the Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). His global perspective is further enhanced by his membership in the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).
