Ogunlade Oluwafemi Joshua is a seasoned Civil Engineer and Construction Project Manager with over a decade of hands-on experience delivering residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Lagos State. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering from Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, and an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He is a registered member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), reflecting his commitment to professional standards and continuous development.
Over the years, Oluwafemi has built a reputation for delivering projects from concept to completion with a strong focus on quality, cost control, and timelines. His experience spans full-cycle project management, including planning, budgeting, procurement, site supervision, and multidisciplinary coordination across architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical works a breadth of capability that makes him particularly well-suited to the scale and ambition of Standout Properties Limited’s growing project portfolio.
As Head of Construction at Standout Properties Limited, Oluwafemi provides overall technical leadership and oversight across all active construction projects. He is responsible for driving execution, excellence, maintaining the highest standards of structural integrity and finishing quality, managing construction timelines and budgets, and ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. His role places him at the heart of the company’s commitment to delivering affordable luxury housing that does not compromise on quality or craftsmanship.
Prior to joining Standout Properties Limited, he served as Project Manager at Prestigious Home Limited, and held key roles at Color Sense Limited, Meritable Nigeria Limited, and African Industries Group, where he contributed to both residential developments and large-scale industrial projects experience that has sharpened his ability to manage complexity, lead diverse site teams, and maintain delivery standards under demanding conditions.
His technical expertise includes construction project management, site setting out, cost estimation, quality assurance, and reinforcement detailing. Beyond the technical side, he brings strong leadership, clear communication, and a practical problem-solving approach to every project he handles. He is also certified in Project Management for Engineers, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE Levels 1–3), and holds additional training in mechanical, electrical, and emergency response systems.
Interestingly, he also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology with distinction which, in a quiet way, speaks to his discipline and depth beyond engineering.
