Her expertise bridges marketing, sales leadership, and business operations; she has led full sales lifecycles for high-value luxury properties, built and managed pipelines of qualified investors and clients, developed standardized sales frameworks that improved conversion rates, and delivered market intelligence that strengthened client retention. As Head of Sales at Chateau Royal, she directed strategy for millions of naira luxury portfolio while mentoring cross functional teams and implementing performance KPIs that lifted productivity and target achievement.
