Over the course of his career, Ese has built a strong track record managing complex, high-value construction portfolios across prime Lagos locations including Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, Banana Island, and Sangotedo. He has led cross-functional project teams comprising architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination from design through to practical completion across projects collectively valued at hundreds of millions of naira. He has consistently developed and managed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers, delivering within agreed timelines and financial parameters across both luxury residential and commercial developments. As Lead Project Engineer at Standout Properties Limited, Ese plays a central role in the successful execution of the company’s construction programme. He supervises all construction activities on mixed-use residential developments comprising one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments across multiple blocks of up to six storeys, ensuring that work is executed to specification, programme, and quality standards at all times. He coordinates and manages subcontractors, labourers, and specialist trades across concurrent work fronts including structural, finishing, and MEP works, maintaining safe, efficient, and well-sequenced site operations. He monitors daily site progress against the project schedule, identifies deviations early, and implements corrective measures to keep construction milestones firmly on track. He also enforces strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all site activities, conducting regular toolbox talks and site inspections to ensure that every operative works within approved method statements.
His current flagship project is the Cynergy Gardens Residential Development, a one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartment development located at Igando, Ibeju-Lekki, one of Standout Properties Limited’s marquee developments.
