ODUNJO Folahan Joseph is a project engineer with over fifteen (15) years’ experience and expertise in managing major capital projects and complex stakeholder environments with skills in conducting design reviews, establishing schedules, maintaining budgets and project estimates, project tracking and analysis, managing the integration, tracking and review of vendor tasks and deliverables, background planning and managing of projects simultaneously under demanding deadlines.

Technical skill sets include expertise in construction and building technologies; maintenance technology (Tero-technology); foundry processes and operations (sand casting); machining (mill, lathe, basic hand tools, sheet metal fabrication); knowledge of numerical & design solutions; and competencies ranging from excellent communication skills (written & oral); exceptional technical and analytical problem-solving abilities; enthusiastic and self-motivated professional with experience in supporting multiple projects from the requirements gathering phase to completion; highly skilled in tracking details and communicating deadlines.

ODUNJO possesses both first and second degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in the same field. He has worked with a couple of real estate development and construction companies wherein he actively contributed to multiple projects from conceptualization to delivery. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Bloom Facility a subsidiary of Standout Properties Limited and is married with children.
