Dr. Ogbaisi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB), and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
Throughout his career, Dr. Ogbaisi has demonstrated exceptional capacity in leading finance functions within highly complex and multi-stakeholder organizations. He previously served at Airtel Networks Limited as Finance Manager, where he oversaw accounts payable operations for the Nigerian OpCo, and had managed the team from 14th position to a number one position in periodic operational efficiency rating versus the other 13 African entities.
He also held senior finance leadership positions at Dangote Fertilizer Limited and Dangote Oil Refining Company, serving as Balance Sheet Controller and Finance Manager. In these roles, he provided strategic oversight for key business units, strengthened financial reporting processes, and supported enterprise-wide SAP ERP implementation initiatives.
As Head of Finance at Dula Agro Services Limited, he played a pivotal role in shaping corporate strategy, driving capital raising initiatives, managing treasury operations, strengthening risk management frameworks, and delivering board-level financial intelligence to support business growth and sustainability while also leading the operations team. These functions also spanned across Grolink Outgrower Management Limited, a sister company to Dula Agro Services Limited.
Dr. Ogbaisi possesses extensive expertise in IFRS-based financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and variance management, enterprise risk management, taxation, procurement systems, treasury and liquidity management, and ERP platforms including SAP FICO, Oracle ERP, Orion, Sage Line 500, and Flexcube.
